By playing Arthropolis or creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game. See also our Privacy Policy.
1. Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian’s permission.
2. Your account
- Keep your password private; you are responsible for what happens on your account.
- One person per account. Do not share, sell or trade accounts.
- Usernames must not be offensive, impersonate others, or contain personal information.
- You can delete your account at any time from the lobby (Delete account under My Stats).
3. Fair play and conduct
Do not:
- harass, threaten, bully or abuse other players, or post hateful, sexual or illegal content in chat or names;
- spam, advertise, or share other people’s personal information;
- cheat, use bots or automation to play for you, exploit bugs, or manipulate ratings (for example by losing on purpose or playing against your own second account);
- attack, overload, reverse-engineer for abuse, or try to gain unauthorised access to the game or its server.

4. Moderation
We may remove names or messages, reset ratings, and mute, suspend or ban players who break these terms, at our discretion and without notice where needed to protect other players.
5. The game itself
- The game is free and provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. It may have bugs, downtime, balance changes or data loss, and features may change or be removed.
- Ratings, stats and match history have no monetary value.
- To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
6. Content and licences
The game’s code and original content belong to its creator. Some music, sounds and art are used under free licences; their authors and licences are listed on the in-game Credits screen. You keep ownership of what you type in chat, but give us permission to show it to other players.
7. Changes and ending
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to play means you accept the update. We may shut the game down at any time. You can stop using it at any time.
